IMS Integrated Management Systems
Rather than having separate systems to manage the quality of your service, environmental impacts and safety risks; an Integrated Management System (IMS) brings all three systems together into one system. The benefits of an integrated management system include a more wholistic approach to risk, easier management and reduced duplication.
Our Integrated Management System services include:
-
Integrated Management System Development (Safety, Quality & Environment)
-
Gap Analysis & System Improvement
-
System alignment to best practice Australian and International Standards (AS/NZS 4801, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001)
Kathy is a qualified and experienced IMS Auditor and Business Consultant and can assist you with all of your IMS needs.
QMS Quality Management Systems ISO9001: 2015
QMS is all about risk mitigation and maximising opportunities to ensure sustainability.
It enables businesses to achieve, as well as benchmark, consistent performance and service, and not only meet, but exceed, customer, statutory and regulatory requirements. The focus on continually enhancing customer satisfaction means very happy customers, who then buy more, refer more and cost less to retain.
QMS ISO9001 2008 has been superseded and your business should have been updated to meet the new standards as of September 2018. Review of your management systems is now critical to maintain current certification.
The revised standards framework now has 7 areas:
1. Customer focus
2. Leadership
3. Engagement of people
4. Process approach
5. Improvement
6. Evidence-based decision making
7. Relationship management
EMS Environmental Management Systems ISO 14001:2015
This replaces the old ISO 14001.
If your business is already certified to ISO 14001:2004, you have had over three years (until September 2018) to upgrade your business to the new requirements, and then go through a transition audit to update your Certification to the new Standard.
If you were certified to the old standards and consistently applied these practices to your management system, then you already appreciate the benefits and shouldn’t need to make major adjustments to meet the new Standards.
Let us guide you through making the necessary changes to your EMS to ensure that you maintain certification.
OHS Occupational Health and Safety ISO 45001:2018

Zero harm and 100% legal compliance is the goal for many organisations when it comes to safety. Both of these challenges require systematic management discipline.
